What you will do

• Lead and support cross-functional project teams to ensure effective communication and on-time completion of activities.
• Consult with Marketing, R&D, Quality, and Regulatory partners to define project requirements and scope.
• Build and track complex project plans, adjusting priorities to keep projects on track.
• Establish and maintain risk registries with defined mitigation strategies and recovery plans.
• Develop and execute PMO business processes and tools to provide project insights and status reports.
• Negotiate with management and present project updates, goals, and progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in product development, marketing, quality, regulatory, or manufacturing.
• Ability to travel 10–20% of the time.
• Proficiency in English and French for effective communication.
• Competency in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools like MS Project.

Nice to have

• Masters/MBA degree.
• PMP certification.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Access, PowerBI, and PowerApps.
• Experience with Project Business Case and Financial Models.
