What you will do

• Create and maintain detailed integrated project schedules using Planisware for multiple CMC development and technical transfer projects.
• Collaborate with project leaders and cross-functional teams to gather inputs and confirm assumptions.
• Track milestones, action items, and decisions to ensure alignment with project strategy and commercialization readiness.
• Prepare project scheduling deliverables, including reports, dashboards, and milestone summaries.
• Facilitate effective communication across multiple teams and sites to support interdependent activities.
• Attend project meetings to provide timeline updates and schedule analyses.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry with at least 1 year in project scheduling or project controls.
• Proficiency in Planisware for scheduling.
• Experience supporting CMC development, manufacturing, or technical transfer activities.
• Strong understanding of scheduling principles, milestone planning, and critical path analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple schedules and competing priorities in a dynamic environment.

Nice to have

• BS in Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a relevant technical discipline.
• Previous consulting experience or experience supporting multiple clients simultaneously.
