What you will do

  • Own end-to-end project planning for publisher migration, including sequencing and milestone tracking.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for transition, providing onboarding guidance and resolving escalations.
  • Coordinate with production teams to allocate migrated publishers and manage capacity.
  • Work with technical stakeholders to diagnose and resolve file delivery, credential, and upload issues.
  • Track and report weekly migration progress, flagging risks and blockers to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in end-to-end project management, ideally in migration or transformation projects.
  • Strong planning, coordination, and execution skills across multiple workstreams.
  • Experience managing cross-functional internal teams and external partners.
  • Technical literacy regarding FTP, Back Office systems, and data transfer processes.
  • Proficiency with project management and reporting tools.
  • Fluency in English.
