What you will do

• Source, evaluate, and select raw materials for the functional ingredients pipeline in collaboration with regulatory and sustainability teams.
• Provide technical support and collaborate with Co-creation teams through ingredients and polymers characterization.
• Develop and implement new characterization methods and tools within the laboratory.
• Manage collaborative partnerships with external partners and design experimental studies.
• Coordinate the acquisition of new laboratory devices and instruments.
• Create technical documentation, including detailed reports and presentations.

Requirements

• PhD specialized in chemical, physico-chemical, or formulation.
• 3+ years of experience in cosmetic formulation and physicochemical characterization.
• 2+ years of experience in project management.
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
• Strong expertise in polymer characterization.
• Experience with lab trials and method development.
