What you will do

• Provide tactical support for daily project activities including meeting minutes and action tracking.
• Build and maintain detailed project schedules and Gantt charts using tools like Planisware.
• Coordinate across functional areas including process development, analytical, quality, and supply chain.
• Perform variance analyses and risk assessments to align schedules with portfolio priorities.
• Support the management of multidisciplinary teams across multiple locations.
• Ensure consistent alignment of budget, quality, timeline, and scope.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry and minimum 1 year of project management experience.
• BS, MS, or PhD in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical/Biomedical Engineering, or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
• Experience working with CDMOs for outsourced development and manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Planisware.
• Fluent and articulate communication in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to engage in technical and scientific discussions.

Nice to have

• Broad understanding of CMC (small molecule, biologics, or vaccine formulation).
• Formal project management certification (e.g., PMP).
• Understanding of cGXP guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical product development lifecycle.
