What you will do

• Provide EHS expertise and coaching on the manufacturing floor to identify and implement improvement solutions.
• Lead incident investigations, perform causal analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Track, analyze, and report EHS key performance indicators (KPIs) and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct inspections and audits of EHS processes and equipment.
• Drive continuous improvement of EHS programs and management systems across the facility.
• Maintain compliance with environmental permits and site-specific regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Health and Safety or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in environmental and/or health and safety, including safety program implementation.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and state regulations.
• Familiarity with environmental management systems such as ISO 14001.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data tracking systems.
