Territory Manager (Medtech)

Salary: $120,000 - $130,000 (Total compensation base + commission)

What you will do

• Meet or exceed sales targets while managing territory expenses.
• Develop and execute strategic business plans for customer opportunities.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead follow-up to post-sales support.
• Collaborate with internal departments including Contracts, Customer Service, and Clinical Affairs.
• Conduct product demonstrations and onsite training for healthcare staff.
• Monitor and report account activity using Salesforce CRM.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Grand Rapids, MI.
• 4-year Undergraduate Degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of full-time work experience, including at least 2 years in sales.
• Proven record of success in sales positions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the territory.
