What you will do

• Identify and develop new opportunities for automation, connectivity, and clinical alarm management solutions.
• Present the clinical, operational, and financial benefits of the automation portfolio to key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with territory managers and clinical specialists to support pre-sale processes and customer needs post-sale.
• Manage and maintain a CRM database of sales opportunities, account profiles, and pipeline forecasts.
• Coordinate clinical evaluations to establish credible clinical champions for hirify.global technology.
• Represent the company at local, regional, and national trade shows.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States with the ability to travel at least 60% of the time.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–3 years of experience in healthcare sales, preferably in informatics, clinical engineering, or health IT.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver value-based presentations and manage complex sales cycles.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to articulate clinical study information.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Nice to have

• Background knowledge of Hospital IT, EMR connectivity, and medical device integration.
• Familiarity with IHE PCD frameworks.
• Experience in surgery or long-term care environments.
