Focus on delivering secure-platform reliability, mentoring engineers, and improving working processes through deep-dive analysis and roadmap execution.

What you will do

• Execute complex technical decisions and architecture for the ServiceNow platform, features, and capabilities.
• Resolve complex and strategic issues by building bespoke ServiceNow solutions and troubleshooting when needed.
• Drive delivery of the technical roadmap, including requirements capture, effort estimates, and deployment readiness.
• Implement new architectures, standards, and methods for large-scale enterprise systems.
• Perform deep-dive analysis to improve ServiceNow and Secure Platforms working processes.
• Mentor ServiceNow engineers and share knowledge on emerging ServiceNow trends and changes.

Requirements

• ServiceNow experience and certification (CSA, CAD, CIS or equivalent).
• Proven ability to design, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions, including understanding of the ServiceNow data model, CMDB, CSDM, and core platform capabilities.
• Experience with core ITIL functions: Incident, Problem, Change, and Request.
• Eligible for security clearance+.
