What you will do

• Lead large-scale, complex Professional Services engagements to ensure seamless execution.
• Drive product enhancements by identifying gaps, feature requests, and issues and communicating them to Product and Development.
• Deploy custom integrations using REST APIs to extend functionality within and beyond the platform.
• Design, implement, document, code, and test solutions for new tools, automations, or system enhancements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve automation or application issues to maintain optimal performance.
• Collaborate on scoping with Solutions Architects and mentor team members on advanced scripting concepts.

Requirements

• 4+ years of software development experience in commercial or enterprise environments.
• 3+ years of hands-on development using Python, Go, Java, or JavaScript.
• Strong programming concepts and effective debugging skills.
• Robust knowledge of modern web architectures, microservices, and APIs.
• Familiarity with AWS services and other cloud platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or related) or equivalent experience.
