What you will do

• Lead technological transitions and build enterprise-grade software solutions.
• Develop and maintain web applications powering hirify.global Insights for admins and MSPs.
• Break down complex customer problems into actionable technical tasks.
• Produce high-quality designs for new and existing features.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to stakeholders, product teams, and support.
• Collaborate within an agile environment to deliver robust, scalable software.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK or have valid sponsorship to work in the UK.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise-grade software development.
• Strong proficiency in Java, SpringBoot, Python, and Django.
• Experience with microservices architecture, REST APIs, and AWS.
• Minimum 2-year Associate degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with performance and load testing.
• Hands-on experience with AI-driven coding assistants like GitHub Copilot or Cursor.
• Familiarity with build systems such as Jenkins or Bamboo.
• Experience with Apple platform ecosystems.
