What you will do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Workday initiatives including HCM, Recruiting, and Advanced Compensation.
- Serve as the primary program leader for execution, governance, timelines, and risk management.
- Partner with People Operations, Total Rewards, Finance, and IT to align Workday strategy with business needs.
- Manage complex integrations using EIB, Workday Studio, and Core Connectors.
- Oversee system testing, data integrity, and production readiness activities.
- Drive change management, stakeholder adoption, and executive-level reporting.
Requirements
- 8+ years of Workday experience with at least 5+ years leading enterprise programs.
- Proven experience leading Workday HCM implementations and post-production optimization.
- Deep expertise in Workday Advanced Compensation (ACM), including merit cycles and bonus planning.
- Strong understanding of Workday integrations, security, reporting, and business process frameworks.
- Demonstrated success managing enterprise programs with cross-functional and executive stakeholders.
- Must be authorized to work in the US and able to support a hybrid role in Boston.
Nice to have
- Workday Pro Certifications.
- Experience with Workday Recruiting, Prism Analytics, or Workday Extend.
- Background in SaaS, FinTech, or multinational workforce environments.
