What you will do

• Drive delivery of complex, cross-functional technical initiatives across multiple technology departments.
• Translate technical requirements into actionable program plans, assessing trade-offs and solution maturity.
• Monitor program execution, identify risks, and facilitate course corrections in partnership with Tech Leads.
• Manage dependencies across multiple projects and teams to minimize delays and ensure alignment.
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels to provide visibility, status reports, and address concerns.
• Maintain high standards of data hygiene and reporting within the Atlassian suite (Jira).

Requirements

• Significant experience in technical leadership overseeing enterprise-level projects with high complexity.
• Deep understanding of project delivery in environments with commercial software as the primary deliverable.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure-as-code concepts.
• Strong experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Proven ability to motivate cross-functional teams and manage change at the enterprise level.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify employer).

Nice to have

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP or Agile Certified Practitioner.
• Previous experience in FinTech or highly regulated environments.
