Salary: $115,000 – $125,000 base

What you will do
- Serve as a key liaison across business units to assess the operational impact of new products and influence cross-functional decision-making.
- Lead the development of scalable processes by translating business needs into actionable system and operational requirements.
- Drive the management and prioritization of a long-term solution roadmap based on business impact and strategic goals.
- Oversee the ongoing evaluation and refinement of system requirements and business processes to mitigate operational risks.
- Establish and maintain best-in-class documentation standards for internal and external requirements.
- Leverage data analytics and reporting to identify inefficiencies and drive process optimization and business performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business operations, product management, process optimization, program management, or systems strategy in a leadership capacity.
- Experience in the retirement, financial services, or employee benefit industries.
- Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in leveraging data to drive decision-making and prioritization.
- Exceptional communication and documentation skills with strong attention to detail.
Nice to have
- Extensive knowledge of ERISA rules and requirements.
- Familiarity with contracting, agreements, and DocuSign.
- Prior experience working in an agile or scrum framework.
- Prior experience working with Salesforce.
