Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 base

What you will do
- Liaise across business units including sales, finance, and compliance to assess the operational impact of new products.
- Lead the development of scalable processes by translating business needs into actionable system and operational requirements.
- Manage and update a long-term solution roadmap prioritized by business impact and operational feasibility.
- Oversee the ongoing evaluation and refinement of system requirements to mitigate operational risks.
- Establish and maintain best-in-class documentation standards for internal and external use.
- Leverage data analytics and reporting to identify inefficiencies and drive business performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business operations, process optimization, or systems strategy.
- Ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using data to drive decision-making and prioritization.
- Experience in the retirement, financial services, or employee benefit industries.
- Exceptional communication and documentation skills with strong attention to detail.
Nice to have
- Extensive knowledge of ERISA rules and requirements.
- Familiarity with contracting, agreements, and DocuSign.
- Prior experience working within an agile or scrum framework.
