TL;DR

Senior Associate, Program Management (Fintech): Driving tactical efficiency and managing the roadmap between client-facing and operational backend services with an accent on process optimization and systems strategy. Focus on translating complex business challenges into actionable operational improvements and coordinating cross-functional initiatives.

Location: Hybrid; Must be based in New York City, Austin, or Scottsdale

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 base

What you will do

  • Liaise across business units including sales, finance, and compliance to assess the operational impact of new products.
  • Lead the development of scalable processes by translating business needs into actionable system and operational requirements.
  • Manage and update a long-term solution roadmap prioritized by business impact and operational feasibility.
  • Oversee the ongoing evaluation and refinement of system requirements to mitigate operational risks.
  • Establish and maintain best-in-class documentation standards for internal and external use.
  • Leverage data analytics and reporting to identify inefficiencies and drive business performance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business operations, process optimization, or systems strategy.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using data to drive decision-making and prioritization.
  • Experience in the retirement, financial services, or employee benefit industries.
  • Exceptional communication and documentation skills with strong attention to detail.

Nice to have

  • Extensive knowledge of ERISA rules and requirements.
  • Familiarity with contracting, agreements, and DocuSign.
  • Prior experience working within an agile or scrum framework.
