Technical Program Manager (Fintech): Driving strategic technology initiatives and standardization efforts within the NorthStar architecture with an accent on enterprise reusable services and API lifecycle management. Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Arlington, TX (Hybrid: 2 days/week in office). No employment sponsorship available (H-1B, TN, L1, OPT excluded).

What you will do
- Lead tech standardization efforts to streamline tools and support business requirements.
- Manage the reusable services backlog and oversee execution of development activities.
- Build relationships with product teams to promote the adoption of reusable services.
- Design lifecycle processes for enterprise services and implement workflow automations.
- Champion financial planning, including yearly budgets and resource allocation for the team.
- Present technical and strategic roadmaps to leadership, engineering, and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in technology leadership roles.
- 3-5 years of experience as a technical program manager or development manager.
- Solid 10+ years of background in application development using Java or .NET.
- Strong experience with microservices, event-driven architecture, and REST API development.
- Substantial experience with cloud concepts, preferably Azure.
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
Nice to have
- Financial services industry experience.
- PMP certification.
- Scrum Master Certification.
