Technical Program Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead tech standardization efforts to streamline tools and support business requirements.
• Manage the reusable services backlog and oversee execution of development activities.
• Build relationships with product teams to promote the adoption of reusable services.
• Design lifecycle processes for enterprise services and implement workflow automations.
• Champion financial planning, including yearly budgets and resource allocation for the team.
• Present technical and strategic roadmaps to leadership, engineering, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in technology leadership roles.
• 3-5 years of experience as a technical program manager or development manager.
• Solid 10+ years of background in application development using Java or .NET.
• Strong experience with microservices, event-driven architecture, and REST API development.
• Substantial experience with cloud concepts, preferably Azure.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Financial services industry experience.
• PMP certification.
• Scrum Master Certification.
