Technical Program Manager (Fintech)

TL;DR

Technical Program Manager (Fintech): Leading the execution of firmwide SDLC, CI/CD, and developer tooling alignment with an accent on integrating complex toolchains and cloud automation standards. Focus on driving adoption of standardized controls, ServiceNow integration, and managing cross-functional dependencies across engineering, infrastructure, and security teams.

Location: Must be based in Seattle, Washington (3 days onsite required)

Salary: $60–$65/hr

What you will do

• Own the delivery of SDLC controls baseline implementation across engineering teams.
• Drive CI/CD toolchain standardization to eliminate fragmented development workflows.
• Lead ServiceNow alignment for change, release, and ITSM integration.
• Coordinate automation migration efforts to support modern cloud delivery.
• Partner with cloud engineering and security to ensure alignment with AWS and firm control frameworks.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies across engineering, infrastructure, risk, and vendors.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience managing projects.
• Proven IT delivery background with experience across all SDLC phases.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage upward and handle complex, high-detail environments.
• Must be able to work onsite in Seattle, WA 3 days per week.
