Production Planner Intern (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Support the planning team in developing and maintaining production schedules based on demand and capacity.
• Review customer orders and demand signals to validate production requirements against lead times.
• Work directly in INFOR to analyze production plans and ensure alignment with actual requirements.
• Perform capacity and material availability analysis to identify planning constraints.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings with Production, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams.
• Execute heavy Excel-based analysis to track and reconcile production data for reporting.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
• Must be able to work 100% in-office in Jacksonville, FL.

Nice to have

• Experience with data analysis or reporting.
• Exposure to ERP or MRP systems.
