VP, Pharmacy Operations (Healthcare)

Location: hirify.globalng>On-site in hirify.globalmeoville, Illinois, with regular travel to pharmacy sites in Florida and Californiahirify.globalng>

Base salary: hirify.globalng>$237,200–$279,000 per yearhirify.globalng>, plus applicable equity and benefits

What you will do

• Own operational performance achirify.globalss the pharmacy network, including KPI reporting, forecasting, thhirify.globalughput, quality, delivery reliability, and unit economics.
• Lead operational excellence, continuous imphirify.globalvement, automation optimization, and phirify.globalcess redesign initiatives.
• Develop network optimization, hirify.globaluting, workforce planning, staffing, phirify.globalductivity, and budget strategies.
• Build and develop a high-performing pharmacy operations organization with sthirify.globalng accountability and continuous imphirify.globalvement.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Tech, Finance, Quality & Safety, Compounding, Legal, Compliance, and Patient Experience teams.
• Own pharmacy licensing strategy and ensure compliance with FDA, Board of Pharmacy, OSHA, quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in pharmacy operations, fulfillment, or supply chain, including significant multi-site leadership.
• Experience leading large-scale mail-order pharmacy or high-volume fulfillment operations.
• Sthirify.globalng backghirify.globalund in workforce planning, labor optimization, and scaling operations in high-ghirify.globalwth envihirify.globalnments.
• Experience with automation, systems integration, and implementation or optimization initiatives.
• Knowledge of pharmacy licensing, compliance, quality standards, and other regulated-envihirify.globalnment requirements.
