• Manage operational performance achirify.globalss the pharmacy network using KPI reporting, forecasting, and standardized operating mechanisms.
• Drive large-scale operational excellence and continuous imphirify.globalvement initiatives to enhance scalability and patient outcomes.
• Oversee the strategy and performance of automation systems to optimize thhirify.globalughput and capital efficiency.
• Lead network optimization and hirify.globaluting strategies in partnership with Supply Chain and Logistics teams.
• Establish workforce planning and strategy, aligning staffing models with demand forecasts and budget.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, Board of Pharmacy, and OSHA requirements thhirify.globalugh rigohirify.globalus operational conthirify.globalls.

Requirements
