Supply Chain Planner (Data Center Programs)

Location: North Andover, Massachusetts, United States; hybrid schedule with required office attendance Monday–Wednesday and remote work Thursday–Friday

Salary: $23.90–$33.25 per hour

What you will do

• Plan and execute material requirements for assigned Data Center products and suppliers.
• Convert demand and supply plans into purchase orders, including order placement, rescheduling, and cancellations.
• Track open, late, and at-risk orders and drive supplier resolution to support on-time delivery.
• Monitor supplier lead times, confirmations, inventory levels, safety stock, reorder points, shortages, and excess inventory.
• Provide material availability and supply risk updates for the weekly S&OE process.
• Coordinate with Sourcing, Logistics, Manufacturing, Planning, and the Supply Chain & Execution Manager to align supply with production and shipment priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, S&OE, or materials management.
• Knowledge of demand planning, supply and inventory planning, MRP and DRP logic, new product introduction, and resource allocation.
• Experience with MRP or ERP systems; SAP experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical, KPI management, root-cause analysis, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in the North Andover office three days per week and collaborate across functions in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• APICS certification, such as CPIM or CSCP.
