Location: Hybrid; must be based in London (office attendance 3 times per week required)

What you will do
- Identify ideal customers and actively pursue meetings with key decision-makers in the Pharmaceutical sector.
- Generate leads and increase brand awareness through industry events, exhibitions, and webinars.
- Map organizational challenges and training needs in collaboration with prospective customers.
- Work with the Customer Success team to explore and execute upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with the broader commercial team to develop and grow organizational best practices.
Requirements
- Based in London for hybrid work (3 days/week in office)
- BSc degree or higher.
- At least 5+ years of professional work experience.
- Client-facing experience in Pharmaceuticals or Medical Devices (sales, account management, or strategic roles).
- Proven track record of establishing relationships with CxOs and Directors of large corporations.
