Salary: $169,400.00 - $211,700.00 - $254,100.00 annually

What you will do

• Translate ISV partnership goals into measurable customer and business outcomes and execute program strategy.
• Lead complex, multi-workstream programs across 10+ teams, managing scope, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Build and maintain integrated program plans across Product, Engineering, TPM, Infrastructure, and GTM/Sales plus partner organizations.
• Drive cross-team alignment and accountability as a central integrator, resolving dependencies and risks proactively.
• Provide executive-level communications (status updates, business reviews, program summaries) and ensure launch criteria are met.
• Deliver high-quality launches of customer-facing features and integrations, supporting the full product introduction lifecycle.

Requirements

• 10+ years of program/project management experience in the technology industry, including global, cross-functional environments.
• Proven ability to lead large, complex programs across 10+ teams with strong dependency management.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with Product, Engineering, TPM, Infrastructure, and GTM/Sales organizations.
• Practical application of Agile methodologies to enable iterative, outcome-driven delivery.
• Excellent executive communication skills (verbal and written) to translate complex initiatives into business impact.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Nice to have

• Experience in partnership ecosystems, especially ISVs or technology alliances.
• Familiarity with data platforms, cloud, or analytics ecosystems.
• Agile certifications (Scrum, SAFe) or PMP.
• Experience delivering customer-facing features, integrations, or platform capabilities.
