Salary: $103,800 – $148,100 USD

What you will do

• Lead project execution and multidiscipline teams to ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget.
• Plan project phases and milestones, managing scope changes and variation orders.
• Develop system quotations in collaboration with account managers and provide technical and commercial sales support.
• Utilize global reusable solutions, processes, and tools for risk management and project governance.
• Provide project status reports and team performance feedback to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical Engineering, Food Science, or similar.
• At least 5 years of Project Management experience.
• PMP/PMI certification required or strong motivation to attain it.
• Proficiency in MS Project, SAP, and basic AutoCAD skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the US full-time without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Ability to travel 30-50% of the time regionally and globally.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of dairy, beverage, cheese, and powder processing.
• Industry regulatory knowledge (PMO, 3A, OSHA, CFR-113, etc.).
