Project Manager (Capital Equipment): Managing multidiscipline teams to deliver capital equipment projects from concept to completion with an accent on project execution, budgeting, and customer satisfaction in the US & Canada. Focus on driving productivity through global reusable solutions, managing scope changes, and ensuring timely project milestones.
Location: Remote within the US (preference for Minneapolis, MN). Must be work authorized in the United States without sponsorship. Travel required 30-50%.
Salary: $103,800 – $148,100 USD

What you will do
- Lead project execution and multidiscipline teams to ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Plan project phases and milestones, managing scope changes and variation orders.
- Develop system quotations in collaboration with account managers and provide technical and commercial sales support.
- Utilize global reusable solutions, processes, and tools for risk management and project governance.
- Provide project status reports and team performance feedback to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical Engineering, Food Science, or similar.
- At least 5 years of Project Management experience.
- PMP/PMI certification required or strong motivation to attain it.
- Proficiency in MS Project, SAP, and basic AutoCAD skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the US full-time without sponsorship now or in the future.
- Ability to travel 30-50% of the time regionally and globally.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of dairy, beverage, cheese, and powder processing.
- Industry regulatory knowledge (PMO, 3A, OSHA, CFR-113, etc.).
