What you will do

• Lead and coach a team of Solutions Engineers to drive growth and increase market share in France.
• Orchestrate technical sales by aligning experts to customer needs to maximize revenue and meet sales quotas.
• Guide teams through Proofs of Concept (POCs) and demonstrations to establish technical confidence.
• Develop high-quality proposals that align hirify.global’s portfolio with customer business objectives.
• Manage team performance using the Thrive Rewards program, providing actionable feedback and professional development.
• Recruit and integrate high-performing talent to enhance overall team productivity.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and French (C1-C2 level)
• Proven experience in hiring, developing, and managing high-performance technical teams.
• Expertise in coaching technical knowledge and applying industry trends to solve client problems.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics and sales excellence.
• Demonstrated ability to manage pipelines and nurture relationships with customers and partners.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Paris, France
