What you will do
- Lead, grow, and mentor a team of engineers, owning hiring, performance management, and career development.
- Own the Console end-to-end, including the UI, observability, user management, and developer-experience features.
- Drive the strategy and delivery of developer tooling, including the Tiger CLI and MCP integrations.
- Manage the billing domain end-to-end, from underlying services to the customer-facing experience.
- Set technical direction for a predominantly JavaScript and Go stack, balancing delivery speed and maintainability.
- Partner with Product and Design leaders to transform the roadmap into polished, shipped features.
Requirements
- 8+ years of engineering experience, including 3+ years managing engineers or teams.
- Track record of building high-performing full-stack teams for customer-facing products.
- Strong technical depth in JavaScript, modern frontend, and Go (or comparable backend services).
- Experience owning complex domains such as billing, observability, or developer-experience tooling.
- Ability to establish engineering culture and standards during periods of growth or reorganization.
- Strong product sense and judgment regarding polish, velocity, and reliability.

- Experience with CLIs, MCP, or building tooling for technical/developer audiences.
