Creative Strategist (AI)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end ideation for in-house video and static ad production, including angles, concepts, and scripts.
• Write precise briefs for creators, editors, and AI production pipelines.
• Review performance dashboards daily, using CPA, hook rate, hold rate, CTR, and CVR to decide what to scale, iterate, or stop.
• Use AI creative tools to generate, test, optimize, and scale paid advertising concepts.
• Lead creative-led growth across assigned channels and develop concepts for scalable media buying.
• Monitor competitors, creators, trends, formats, hooks, and emerging ad patterns to create new testing hypotheses.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in performance creative, preferably in direct-response advertising for an agency, B2C company, or scale-up.
• Strong creative instinct combined with data fluency and independent dashboard analysis.
• Comfort using AI creative tools and proactively learning emerging tools.
• Strong understanding of paid creative across major performance channels.
• Ability to write precise, execution-ready creative briefs.
• Fluent written and verbal English.

Nice to have

• Experience in cybersecurity, fintech, or another trust-sensitive B2C industry.
• Hands-on experience in editing, design, copywriting, or directing.
