What you will do

  • Design and deploy automated revenue assurance pipelines to reconcile billing, usage, and supplier data.
  • Own HubSpot configuration and workflow automation to ensure CRM data integrity and efficient sales processes.
  • Calculate sales commissions and manage exceptions in collaboration with Finance and Sales Leadership.
  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for real-time visibility into revenue health and margin performance.
  • Identify and automate manual, repetitive workflows across RevOps, Finance, and Sales Operations.
  • Develop AI-powered tools to augment analyst workflows and improve time-to-insight.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of revenue recognition, cost allocation, and margin management principles.
  • Proven experience with HubSpot configuration and workflow automation.
  • Technical proficiency with APIs, system exports, and BI tools like Power BI.
  • Ability to translate complex data findings into clear insights for executive audiences.
