What you will do
- Design and deploy automated revenue assurance pipelines to reconcile billing, usage, and supplier data.
- Own HubSpot configuration and workflow automation to ensure CRM data integrity and efficient sales processes.
- Calculate sales commissions and manage exceptions in collaboration with Finance and Sales Leadership.
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for real-time visibility into revenue health and margin performance.
- Identify and automate manual, repetitive workflows across RevOps, Finance, and Sales Operations.
- Develop AI-powered tools to augment analyst workflows and improve time-to-insight.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of revenue recognition, cost allocation, and margin management principles.
- Proven experience with HubSpot configuration and workflow automation.
- Technical proficiency with APIs, system exports, and BI tools like Power BI.
- Ability to translate complex data findings into clear insights for executive audiences.
