What you will do

• Perform BAU activities including query resolution and exception management.
• Monitor alert timelines and ensure deliverables meet client SLA requirements.
• Track incidents accurately and support root-cause discussions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project execution.
• Identify process inefficiencies and propose incremental improvements.
• Maintain clear documentation for internal knowledge and client requests.

Requirements

• Must be available for night shift (9 PM - 6 AM).
• Must be able to work onsite in Manila 2 days per week.
• Understanding of UI-based platforms and financial data workflows.
• Proficiency in tools such as JIRA and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
