What you will do

• Lead Scrum Master activities, facilitating ceremonies and driving agile best practices.
• Lead requirements elicitation and translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and impediments in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Perform gap and impact analysis to inform prioritization and project outcomes.
• Produce and maintain key documentation to support solution design and delivery.
• Facilitate collaboration between business and technical stakeholders to ensure effective delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst in Agile delivery environments.
• 2+ years of experience performing Scrum Master responsibilities within agile squads.
• Strong expertise in requirements elicitation, documentation, and end-to-end process analysis.
• Proven ability to collaborate across regions, teams, and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Atlassian Jira and Confluence for backlog management and documentation.
• Experience in process modelling using tools such as Visio or Miro.
