What you will do
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within BPOs, contact centers, and enterprise sectors.
- Cultivate and maintain high-level relationships with C-suite executives and industry influencers.
- Represent the company at local events and networking sessions to increase market visibility.
- Deliver product demos and provide local market intelligence to the global team.
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to ensure seamless deal handoffs and implementation.
Requirements
- Must be based in the Philippines with strong local business networks.
- 15+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales, preferably in tech or BPO.
- English proficiency: C1 level required.
- Proven track record of advancing B2B partnerships and closing deals.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Nice to have
- MBA degree.
- Knowledge of Philippines regional languages.
