Revenue Analyst

What you will do

• Ensure revenue is accounted for in line with hirify.global policies and accounting guidelines, including ASC 606.
• Review completeness and accuracy of revenue system data (RevPro) and process contract updates, revenue adjustments, and journal entries.
• Operate and oversee revenue-related internal controls.
• Perform advanced Excel analysis and manipulation to support the monthly revenue close and related tasks.
• Prepare deal reviews and checklists to confirm revenue recognition adherence to ASC 606 and company policy.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis and support audit requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting or audit experience, including 2–3 years of revenue accounting and working knowledge of revenue recognition guidance (ASC 606 or IFRS 15).
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivoting, vlookup) and strong analytical problem-solving.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to disseminate technical information.
• Ability to interact effectively with sales, product, cross-functional peers, and outside auditors/legal counsel.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple concurrent tasks, and meet deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce.com, RevPro, NetSuite, and Workday.
• Prior experience with a SaaS company.
• Public accounting experience.
