What you will do

• Implement and execute client voting policies across the full proxy lifecycle.
• Maintain and enhance governance databases and related records.
• Analyze issuer filings and proxy statements to assess corporate governance practices.
• Leverage analytical tools to identify patterns in proxy voting and governance trends.
• Provide quantitative and qualitative insights to internal teams and external clients.
• Support reporting needs and assist with ad-hoc governance projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in governance research, proxy voting, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience working with databases.
• Strong analytical, research, and critical thinking capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with issuer corporate governance research in the Americas.
• Proficiency in Python.
