What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of advertising campaigns, from initial briefing and coordination to final delivery and post-campaign analysis.
• Handle administrative booking tasks, including production requirements, photography coordination, and proforma invoicing.
• Support International Key Account Managers in generating revenue for clients across the UK, Italy, Ireland, North America, Asia, and the Middle East.
• Maintain internal dashboards and systems while liaising with Operations, Finance, and Development teams.
• Conduct competitive analysis and research sector trends to prepare presentations and meetings.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.

Requirements

• Interest in the UK and International media marketplace, specifically Outdoor advertising.
• Strong attention to detail, resilience, and flexibility.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with agencies and clients.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Salesforce.
• Good understanding of industry measurement tools, specifically Route.
• Location: Must be based in London (Leicester Square)
