• Partner with stakeholders to identify learning needs and define clear objectives.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) through interviews with stakeholders and SMEs.
• Design MVP concepts and educational programs using instructional design principles.
• Collaborate with SMEs to structure expertise into effective learning content.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of learning projects, managing planning, priorities, and timelines.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness and continuously improve solutions using new tools and AI capabilities.

Требования

• 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development or Corporate Education.
• Strong expertise in learning methodology, instructional design, and TNA.
• Experience managing learning projects from discovery through implementation.
• Strong project management skills including planning, task decomposition, and prioritization.
• Upper-Intermediate English level (B2) required.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and AI productivity tools.
