TL;DR
Account Manager (NDT/Mechanical Integrity/Reliability): Grow and sustain profitable revenue streams for inspection services by managing client relationships, forecasting pipeline, and coordinating with operations on bids and scheduling. Focus on achieving year-over-year revenue targets, prospecting new inspection opportunities, and using CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) to drive accurate opportunity tracking and lead generation.
Location: Remote (Augusta, GA 30901) — must already live in the general region or have relocation plans to the area

(ATS) provides testing, inspection, certification, and compliance services for industrial end markets.
What you will do
- Achieve year-over-year revenue growth targets for ATS inspection business in NDT, Mechanical Integrity, and Reliability Services.
- Use Microsoft Dynamics CRM to document customer opportunities, track quote activity, and maintain pipeline for accurate revenue forecasting.
- Build and maintain relationships with C-suite and mid-level client stakeholders to position ATS as a long-term partner.
- Partner with operations to provide voice of customer, align on bid responses, and coordinate client scheduling needs.
- Prospect for new business opportunities across inspection departments using database tools, social media, and internet research.
- Represent ATS at budgeted trade shows for lead generation and mentor/train new sales team members when requested.
Requirements
- U.S. Persons only (access to ITAR-controlled information required).
- 3+ years of commercial experience.
- 3+ years of NDT, Mechanical Integrity, or Reliability Service experience.
- CRM experience in Salesforce or Dynamics.
- Ability to travel 50%–80% of the time and hold a valid driver’s license.
- Strong communication skills and Microsoft Office proficiency.
