TL;DR

Client Account Executive (SaaS): Drive revenue across an existing client base by owning the full client sales cycle and expanding usage through cross-sell and upsell of Meevo add-ons and packages. Focus on closing complex SaaS deals, building pipeline via outbound prospecting and qualified leads, and connecting product knowledge to customer ROI while maintaining accurate CRM records.

Location: Remote (must reside in EST or CST time zone)

What you will do

  • Own the full client sales cycle, from relationship building to negotiating and contracting
  • Exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets by selling Meevo add-ons and packages to SMB, mid-market, and enterprise accounts
  • Develop pipeline using outbound prospecting and Client Success–qualified leads
  • Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and contact records in CRM tools (Salesforce, Pardot, Outreach, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo)
  • Partner with Client Marketing Manager and Client Success Managers to support segmentation and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Deliver consultative web-based presentations, handle objections, and monitor customer activity for outreach signals

Requirements

  • Time zone: must reside in EST or CST
  • 2+ years of sales experience in a closing role at a SaaS company
  • Proven ability to close complex SaaS sales cycles and overachieve quota
  • Strong understanding of cross-sell and upsell motions across existing customer relationships
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools (plus)
  • Strong interpersonal skills for phone and virtual meetings; disciplined, process-oriented, and able to work independently
