What you will do
- Renew and expand products and services within a defined portfolio of existing accounts via remote channels.
- Act as a trusted advisor by developing strong, positive relationships with clients.
- Prospect, qualify, and develop a sales pipeline to meet and exceed annual objectives.
- Manage the entire end-to-end negotiation, contracting, and approval process.
- Maintain accurate data in SFDC to support territory planning and forecasting.
- Collaborate with Marketing and other stakeholder teams to increase client retention rates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in sales, account management, marketing, or customer success.
- Proven track record of closing sales and attaining or exceeding annual quotas.
- Proficiency in MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, and MS-Word.
- Regular attendance in the office in Jacksonville, Florida is required.
