What you will do

  • Plan and develop manufacturing processes and production activities.
  • Coordinate manufacturing quality development with the quality department, summarize recurring problems, and lead quality improvement projects.
  • Execute preassembly projects, follow up on progress, and control work-hour costs.
  • Develop 5S housekeeping, standardization, and visual management practices.
  • Execute and review QHSE development projects and monitor their progress.
  • Train, coach, supervise, and provide performance feedback to subordinates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Paper, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least five years of experience in the paper or mechanical manufacturing industry.
  • Good written and spoken English for daily work.
  • Strong computer skills and experience supporting the production of high-tech products.
  • Awareness of ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007 quality systems.
  • Ability to follow company rules, procedures, work instructions, and performance standards.
