What you will do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth and workforce planning.
- Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing recruitment team to foster a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Partner with senior leaders to provide strategic advice, market insights, and ensure high-quality hiring outcomes.
- Optimize and implement recruitment technology, systems, and AI-driven tools to enhance process efficiency.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives throughout the entire hiring lifecycle.
- Establish meaningful metrics and reporting frameworks to demonstrate impact and inform business decisions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in strategic talent leadership supporting business growth and organizational change.
- Track record of leading and inspiring high-performing recruitment teams while influencing senior stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of TA technology, recruitment systems, and emerging AI solutions.
- Analytical capability using data and market intelligence to drive continuous improvement.
- Passion for candidate and stakeholder experience, ensuring alignment with company values.
- Must be based in or able to work onsite in London.
