• Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives throughout the entire hiring lifecycle.
• Establish meaningful metrics and reporting frameworks to demonstrate impact and inform business decisions.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of TA technology, recruitment systems, and emerging AI solutions.

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in London.
