Enterprise Change Management - Head of Innovation (AI)

What you will do

• Set up and oversee the internal innovation structure for Enterprise Change Management, including frameworks, policies, procedures, and controls.
• Design future-state operating models using AI, data products, automation, and workflow technologies to improve efficiency, risk management, and decision-making.
• Identify transformation opportunities, build prototypes, and deploy production-ready AI, analytics, workflow, integration, API, and custom application solutions.
• Develop multi-year implementation roadmaps and improve automated intake, assessment, reporting, oversight, and monitoring processes.
• Partner with architecture, engineering, platform, organizational change, and enterprise change teams to ensure scalability, adoption, training, and business readiness.
• Establish feedback loops and support the Enterprise Change Management center of excellence and advisory capability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience implementing AI models or tooling, preferably in a change-management context.
• Strong understanding of change-management principles, automation, RPA, and AI enablement.
• Experience with AI copilots, agentic workflows, RAG architectures, intelligent automation, orchestration frameworks, vector databases, and prompt engineering.
• Experience with enterprise data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, or Azure Data Platform, and preferably Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Strong analytical, organizational, leadership, stakeholder-management, and business-to-technical communication skills.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree or certification in Program Management, such as PMP or CAPM.
• Organizational Change Management certification, such as CCMP or CMS.
