Advanced Technologies Consultant (eDiscovery/AI)

What you will do

• Advise clients and internal stakeholders on analytics, technology-assisted review, predictive coding, machine learning, and generative AI for eDiscovery and document review.
• Design, configure, validate, and refine defensible workflows, models, prompts, classification criteria, and review guidance.
• Build and manage analytics and AI models across Relativity, hirify.global AI, Reveal AI, and similar platforms.
• Explain statistical concepts, validation methods, sampling approaches, model performance, and review metrics to legal, technical, and operational audiences.
• Support privilege review, early case assessment, investigations, regulatory responses, production workflows, and post-review analysis.
• Collaborate with Client Services, Document Review Services, Operations, Sales, and Technology teams while mentoring colleagues and supporting client presentations.

Requirements

• Must be a current resident of the United Kingdom and authorised to work in the United Kingdom for any employer.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 5 years of client-facing experience in eDiscovery, litigation support, legal technology, document review, investigations, regulatory response, or a related field.
• Practical experience with Relativity Server and/or RelativityOne and document review database administration.
• Experience with technology-assisted review, predictive coding, active learning, analytics, machine learning, or generative AI in legal data workflows.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, issue-spotting, time management, and client advisory skills, with proficiency in Microsoft 365.

Nice to have

• Legal qualification, litigation experience, JD/LLB, MBA, MSc, or equivalent legal training.
• Review management experience or Relativity and other platform certifications.
• Experience with privilege logs, legal issue coding, confidentiality review, quality control, investigations, antitrust matters, regulatory responses, or post-production analysis.
• Prompt engineering with Copilot, Claude, Gemini, Harvey, or similar LLM platforms.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Python, SQL, reporting, or dashboarding.
