What you will do

• Identify operational pain points and improvement opportunities across Legal, People, and Financial Planning & Analysis.
• Map end-to-end workflows across functions and systems, focusing on handoffs, integrations, and opportunities for AI leverage.
• Prototype and deploy AI and automation solutions using approved LLMs, agent frameworks, MCP-based tooling, automation platforms, APIs, data integrations, and code.
• Provide evidence-based build-versus-buy guidance, assessing security, privacy, intellectual property, regulatory, data residency, resilience, auditability, maintenance, and exit risks.
• Advise divisional teams on technology stacks, data ownership, integration points, and where agents or automations should operate.
• Define product, risk, control, and compliance metrics, then monitor adoption, performance, incidents, and control effectiveness.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience shipping AI or automation solutions, including agents, workflow automations, integrations, or internal tools.
• Ability to write and debug scripts in Python, TypeScript, or a similar language and work with APIs and technical documentation.
• Practical experience with Claude or an equivalent frontier model, including agentic coding, sub-agents, MCP, context and prompt design, and output evaluation.
• Understanding of model limitations such as non-determinism, context limits, cost, latency, retrieval, tooling, and when conventional code is more appropriate.
• Ability to work with frontline teams, senior executives, and engineers, translating business problems into technical specifications.
• Ability to design reliable systems with access controls, testing, monitoring, audit trails, human oversight, rollback, incident response, and business continuity.
