TL;DR
Applied AI Scientist (AI/Fintech): Designing and deploying enterprise AI agents and agentic workflows for finance, sales, marketing, customer success, support, risk, and other business functions with an accent on LLMs, RAG pipelines, orchestration, and production reliability. Focus on building tool-using agents, implementing memory and guardrails, evaluating task completion and hallucination rates, and translating business requirements into measurable AI products.
Location: Tel Aviv District, Israel; hybrid work model with three days per week in the North Tel Aviv office and two days working from home

What you will do
- Design, build, and deploy enterprise AI agents that automate high-value workflows across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Customer Support, Risk, and Finance.
- Own agentic architecture, including tool use, memory management, multi-step planning, human-in-the-loop escalation, guardrails, and audit trails.
- Build and maintain RAG pipelines using proprietary product documentation, customer data, financial records, vector databases, hybrid search, and re-ranking.
- Define evaluation frameworks for task completion, accuracy, hallucination rates, latency, and business impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define use cases, translate business requirements into technical features, and deliver production AI products.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with a focus on AI.
- 3+ years of hands-on AI/ML engineering experience, ideally in fintech or a related sector.
- Production experience deploying AI agents or agentic workflows.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL, with deep experience in LLMs, prompt engineering, and systematic evaluation of enterprise AI solutions.
- Strong statistical reasoning, business acumen, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in the hybrid Tel Aviv model, including three days per week from the North Tel Aviv office.
Nice to have
- Experience building RAG systems and conversational chatbots.
- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, and AI-Ops practices.
- Fintech industry experience.
