Salary: €55,000 – €65,000 per annum

What you will do

• Identify and source high-potential creators on Instagram and YouTube.
• Lead the full negotiation process, including pricing, deliverables, and contracts.
• Manage creator campaigns end-to-end from briefing to go-live and performance review.
• Analyze campaign performance using metrics such as CPM, CPI, and ROAS to iterate quickly.
• Maintain and scale a structured creator database.
• Collaborate with Performance Marketing and Creative teams to align on strategy.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator management, or a similar role.
• Deep knowledge of Instagram and YouTube formats and trends.
• Proven experience negotiating with creators or agencies.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to use metrics for decision-making.
• Strong communication skills in German and English.
• Must be based in Berlin and able to work from the office 5 days a week.

Nice to have

• Experience with creator tools like Modash, Grin, or similar.
• Background in performance marketing or mobile user acquisition.
• An existing network of creators.
