TL;DR

What you will do

  • Plan, launch, and optimize performance-driven campaigns across TV, OOH, Radio, and digital channels (Streaming and YouTube).
  • Develop measurement and attribution methods to maximize effectiveness of offline and online marketing.
  • Analyze campaign performance by linking KPIs with core business data and identifying growth opportunities using analytics tools.
  • Manage and allocate budgets across channels to support efficient customer acquisition and brand growth.
  • Build data-backed business cases for brand initiatives and manage relationships with media partners and agencies.
  • Negotiate TV pricing and collaborate with creative and production teams to shape data-driven campaign concepts.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience managing and scaling online and/or offline marketing campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced analytical skills with a data-driven approach; strong proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience managing agency and media supplier relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills; English fluency is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and structured mindset for managing multiple campaigns and projects.

Nice to have

  • Experience with SQL or BigQuery.
  • Experience with programmatic media buying.
  • Experience shaping creative strategy and direction.
  • Fluency in an additional European language (especially German, Spanish, Swedish, or Portuguese).
