What you will do

• Identify, onboard, and scale affiliate partnerships across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, with a primary focus on the German market.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key local publishers, tech media, and price-comparison platforms (e.g., Idealo, Geizhals).
• Negotiate deals, set KPIs, and drive continuous improvement in partner performance.
• Analyze campaign data and market trends to propose and implement growth-oriented optimizations.
• Collaborate with performance marketing, product, and regional growth teams to align promotional activities.
• Utilize AI and automation tools to increase efficiency and enhance partner engagement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or partnership management.
• Deep understanding of the DACH digital landscape and local publisher networks.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Proven ability to build and grow affiliate network partnerships.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using AI and automation tools in daily workflows.
