What you will do

• Own the global conference calendar end-to-end, from planning through execution and follow-up.
• Lead company presence at industry conferences and trade shows across Europe, the US, and APAC.
• Manage all event logistics, including booth setup, vendor coordination, and attendee experience.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Growth, and Partner Success teams to maximize event ROI and lead generation.
• Track and analyze performance metrics, including pipeline contribution and attendance.
• Support the operational execution of monthly webinars.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in B2B event planning, ideally within the tech or SaaS sector.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple moving parts.
• Proven track record of running conferences and sponsored events from planning to execution.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly structured approach to operational tasks.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
