TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Swindon, Berlin, Prague, London, or Almere

What you will do

  • Execute Private Markets marketing and communications strategies across UK, EMEA, North America, and APAC to drive revenue growth.
  • Plan and manage end-to-end B2B events, including tradeshows, seminars, roundtables, and webinars.
  • Coordinate digital marketing programs via social media, email nurture, and landing pages to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Develop high-quality marketing content, including white papers, case studies, brochures, and sales enablement materials.
  • Manage event budgets and provide regular reporting on ROI and spend performance.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Digital Marketing, and Compliance teams to align activity with organizational business goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in B2B marketing, events, or communications, ideally within fintech or professional services.
  • Proven track record of planning and executing complex B2B exhibitions and events.
  • Strong copywriting and content development skills for professional audiences.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms like Salesforce and marketing automation tools like HubSpot.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the office in Swindon, Berlin, Prague, London, or Almere.
