What you will do

• Lead technical strategy for high-value strategic deals from initial discovery through POC design and technical close.
• Architect complex solutions across IT workload automation, data orchestration, and DevOps automation.
• Mentor the SE team by coaching deal strategy and building shared technical assets and integration blueprints.
• Position and demonstrate AI capabilities, including agentic orchestration and GenAI workflows, to CTOs and principal architects.
• Analyze the competitive landscape to provide actionable intelligence to Product and Marketing leadership.
• Develop and maintain demo scripts, POC frameworks, and technical content to create team-wide leverage.

Requirements

• 7+ years in pre-sales or solutions engineering, with at least 3 years at a senior or principal level.
• Deep expertise in SAP environments (S/4HANA, RISE, BTP, Integration Suite) is a hard requirement.
• Proven experience owning multi-stakeholder technical evaluations for deals valued in six to seven figures.
• Strong technical depth in REST APIs and scripting skills in Python, bash, or equivalent.
• Fluency in AI tools (LLMs, agentic AI) and the ability to position AI capabilities to technical buyers.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.

Nice to have

• Experience as a team lead, practice lead, or SE manager.
• Knowledge of data pipeline technologies such as Airflow, dbt, Spark, or ETL/ELT.
• Hands-on DevOps experience involving CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, or SRE practices.
• External recognition through published content or conference presentations in the automation or AI space.
