What you will do
- Serve as the primary technical advisor for SMB sales opportunities, partnering closely with Account Executives.
- Position and demo the core product suite (EPM, SaaS Manager, and Device Trust) as an integrated solution.
- Conduct technical discovery with stakeholders ranging from IT admins and security leads to DevOps engineers.
- Lead and manage proof-of-concept (POC) engagements to validate technical success criteria and support adoption.
- Handle competitive situations involving PAM and secrets management vendors by articulating differentiated value.
- Respond to security questionnaires, RFPs, and RFIs to support customers with compliance needs.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a technical customer-facing B2B SaaS role.
- Fluent French language proficiency.
- Experience in the security and identity space, including credential management, PAM, or secrets management.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, container environments, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Working knowledge of identity concepts including SSO, SCIM provisioning, and OAuth/OIDC.
- Must be based in the UK.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR.
- Knowledge of modern sales qualification frameworks like MEDDPICC.
- Hands-on experience integrating secrets managers with developer workflows or automation platforms.
